Another thread/attempt at trying to find a high level account from a trusted seller.
Creating a new thread instead of bumping old one to see if a better title brings more attention from the right people.
Looking for:
* 90+ Combat levels
* 50/60+ in everything else
* At least TWO 99's
(can give lee way of a couple of levels)
Budget is high for a trusted seller (but not a ludicrous amount)
* TRUSTED / VOUCHED / DONATOR SELLER IS A MUST! *
Only comfortable paying through Paypal at this point in time. (I'm pretty sure that you can do Paypal to Bank deposits meaning you don't necessarily need a paypal account to RECIEVE payment)
I don't really have an RS account since being banned but might just buy some RSGP if that's all anyone's taking.
