[Buying] high level account!

Looking for an account over level 120 on f2p, or an account with a 99 (or very close).
I want the account to have no black marks (or very few), definately not a last warning account, no recoveries and no bank pin. I would prefer the account to have some items, or money.
Method
My payment methods are either: Meeting in real life to do trade, i'm from the UK. OR I can send cash via mail, i've done this before so feel comfortable with it. I am not doing paypal, e-gold or whatever. I've heard too many things going wrong with paypal e.g. using stolen accounts.
