ok,i know for a fact that you cant send money if you dont have a credit card or bank on the account.but if the person without the credit card or bank on the paypal account needs to send money, can the other person just request it and then can the money be sent from the account without the cc or bank to the other one?
I assume you are using a US PayPal account, in that case, you HAVE to verify your account, either by Credit Card or Bank Account to send money. You can receive money without it, I do believe though. What you are asking is if the other person requests money from you, can you send it then, and the answer is still no. Hope that helps.
staple, do what i did. i went to walmart and got a prepaid debit card..costs like..9$ and you have to put a 20$ minimum on it. its just like a cc, but you have to have money on there to use it.
No credit card ok because you're underage... No bank account though? Wtf? I've had a bank account since I was like 6.
You have to be 18 or older to use it in the first place, so it's not exactly like PayPal is being unfair to you...
I actually added my debit card to my paypal account and it still says I need it verified after I've already verified it... ? 1st post here. w00t!
can the same credit card be used on 2 paypal accounts? null, whatr would i need a bank account for at 6 or 14?
I am fairly sure the same credit card can be used on the same PayPal accounts. Though, over in Australia, I have an account with no bank account or credit card and can send money. Though, there is a $4000 limit, if I ever reach that. - Phatmat.
i doubt you are right because in order to send money via paypal you have to have a credit card attached.
why throw such a big fit over this? ask your parents to make you a bank account then you can verify the paypal account. This saves a lot of trouble and in your part anger.
Doesn't the credit card have to tie with the bank somehow in order for it to verify the account? If not, I might try that also. >.>
