Buying steam account that has access to the community market

Can be an empty account, doesn't matter, but it HAS to have access to use the community market.

Who is eligible to participate in the Community Market?
The account must have a successful purchase older than 30 days, but not older than a year. Additionally, Steam Guard must be enabled for 15 days. Please note, Wallet code redemption does not grant access to the Community Market.


So basically your account must have had a purchase that is older than 30 days, steam wallet cards do not count. You can remove your credit card and paypal from your account before selling to me.
