buying gold from a website

so I was buying 500m from the site www.rs3gold.com, i sent them like 250$ or whatever it was then after they said I cant make a payment through paypal that's over 200 and asked if I had western union and I say no. So they said that I would have to get refunded and I say that was fine but then they said it would take 12 hours for me to get my refund.

24 hours later no refund so I go back onto live support and they told me I would get my refund in 1 hour. 1 hour goes by and nothing.

I go back into support and once again they said I would have to wait 5 minutes, 5 minutes go by and nothing.

I've tried calling the telephone number but they're out of service ect.

What can I do?

 

Yeah I've been through a similar experience. You're going to have to file a dispute on PP or call them up and tell them you want a refund. I'd personally go with the latter.
