Selling Xbox account with lots of games.

Selling an old account, hoping to get $20 MSP for the new AW DLC.

The account has a fair few games downloaded on it including:
(Sorry, just had to change the list after realising i was listing games from my current account)

It also has about 7 months of Gold left on it.

The person who buys this will only be able to download 1 of those games per year with a license transer, just saying. Still a great deal.

 

Well, they will own the account, and will not need a license transfer.

It has a license transfer on it, and they would be able to get all of those games if they didn't want to use the account?
