Buying from Website. Scam?

Hey, Is buying from Websites like "Gp4 runescape" , or V gold seller a bad idea? I made a Lv 3, because you have to put in your username and passworld. But, for v gold seller, you buy using Paypal. I dont get how this works, so you put in your credit card, through pay pal...does the website steal money from you in anyway?

Kamakazy Kid, why does it say "trade with caution" below your user name..Does that mean your dangerous to trade with? How do I know yall are not just bull shitting me saying "oh Vgold seller is legit" when I went to scam.com and people were complaining how they didnt get their 7mil, or their Lord of The Rings money... ah? ah?


Ill Be happy to buy some mills from anyone here...And I can go first. But if you scam me (any of you) I will just tell in the thread, this guy scammed me.
 
most of em are legit, but check the dif sites before you buy, cos you might get it cheaper somewhere else
side note, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is
