Zargz Scammed My Steam Account $189.

Zargz scammed me off a $189 steam account.
With enoogh proof to ip-ban him.
I couldnt recover acc,i didnt find the cd-key's back.
When we started talking:

He did go first,ge gave me name/pass,then i gave.
Then he was gone offline in a second,he said he has gtg,lies.
he recovered after a minute.

Him sythe pm :

Gf scammer,i dont give up as that.
IP BAN NOW DUDE.
Mod's,please ip ban him,he doesnt deserve being on sythe that way.
EDIT:Why did he gone offline in a second+didnt vouch me?
1st. He Blocked ME.
2nd . Deleted me.
I guess that's enough proof to ban that bitch.
EDIT²: Did send Finniscool a message about this report thread,because no mod keep's looking.
