    hey guys im selling lvl 118 hes barely banned with 1 black mark so you guys can get bak easily he has over 1m on him and dds an full sara

    That is a level 118, when JaGeX lock an account. It's because you obv bought the account of someone else, and they tried recovering it while you were. Then they know the account isn't yours. So the only way to get this un-locked it to go to the original owner and get him to put in all the old account information.

    But if you did do this, then. He will have access to the account.
