Buying early starter main

[Beefin119]

I'm looking for a really early starter main, with around 60 in all combat stats (not range and mage), would like them to be around 40-50. Average levels in non-combat stats as well would be appeeciated, though not a high priority.
Trusted only. Around 10m 07.

Cheers
