   help got scammed

   so i got scammed for 150m rs3 from aprilbuysgold on here.. i know its a long shot to get my gps back but i want it so other people wont trust this f*****..
   basicly everything was fine until i traded him the gps and now im blocked on skype and so on.. the usual sh**
   
   where do i make a ticket?.. so i can get him banned from sythe..
