Selling LARGE quantity of accounts

I'm selling a large amount of accounts. My friend gave me this list, he went off to college and doesn't have time for the game. Said he had tried roughly 100 of them, got a bit of success.
The list includes over 20,000 accounts with the username (no email), password, and Pin number (if added). I've browsed through and I would say my success rate is about 10-20%.
I'll be selling them in large amounts, what you see it what you get.



Small packages
50 accounts = 5m
100 accounts = 8m
250 accounts = 19m


Large packages
500 accounts = 35m
1000 accounts = 60m
