You should do (in this order):
Imp catcher (close to 9 magic, or you can just get 9 magic for earth strike)
Witches house - gets you 24 HP
Waterfall Quest - gets you 30 Attack/Strength

honestly at this point botting wouldn't be a bad idea. It's a new account so it's low risk and decent reward depending on how you value your time. Just my two cents
