It Must have:

Obvs. A high dunge level....

1 prayer or quested prayer / 31> quested....

1 def is a must

First is a lvl 53 with 40 attack, 76 str, 1 def +prayer +range, 65 dungeoneering with 57k dungeoneering tokens.

or

a lvl 69 with 45 attack, 83 str, 40 def, 1 pray+range, 70 dungeoneering and like 22k tokens i think.

well.. i have a lvl 4 with 99 dungeoneering.. also has 99 herb and thieve though so it'll cost alot.
