Help on selling accounts

Hi! Im new to sythe and i need someone to explain some things.
Im going to sell rested tutorial accs and i need to know,

- Whats the format of the accounts sold?
Is it a .txt file with the format of email,password?

- Do people argue over who goes first on here?
Logically it would be that the buyer pays first and then he recives his order,
the reason im asking is ive had experience with people arguing abt who goes first

- Whats a good price for fresh tut island accs?
