buying beginner zerk cheap

I am looking to buy a beginner zerk with minimum reqs very cheaps
all i am asking is 45 defence quested properly( all the right correlating quests are done)
and 60 attack( 60 attack done mainly through quests so it will not go above 60 when i have to do these quests)
any other stat can be whatever however i am not looking to spend a ton so if you're interested pm me or offer below although pming me is more likely to me answering
