Buying any Partyhat I can afford!

Alright hey guys, well basically long story short, I've always wanted a partyhat on Runescape. I am now wanting to buy one, but with RSGP + Paypal. I have $350.000 Paypal, and 350M RSGP, so whoever would like to sell me a Partyhat for a bit less than that, maybe more if it's a red,yellow,white,blue (not expecting to get the best ones) but I am looking to get one.
I hear this site has alot of scammers, so we will be using the method posted below, you can pick the method, I don't care which one it is.

method1: You first
I am not expecting this method, as I have not obtained trust here, but this method will involve me trading you my RSGP for the Phat, and then giving you the $350, or whatever we agree upon as the price. Not USD first then RSGP + phat, no thank you.
Method2: Middleman of my choice.
We will use a middleman off of this website who I deem trustable, and I will pay the full fees of the trade.
Method 3: Scamming - Gtfo.
