Hello i have been a member of sythe since 2009, though I haven't created many threads because I have always been adding people on msn, skype and not been posting on here. I have finally decided that I am going to try and buy a party hat so that's why i started this thread.


I got about 1800$ to spend on a party hat and Im looking for any color party hat.
