    Hey guys, I'm looking to spend between 500-650 USD On a purple - red party hat. Let me know if you are interested and what payment methods you accept.     I don't know what type of math you are doing, but 650/930=69 Cents per mil. That seems to be more than .50. The post above me is blatant spam, as he has no clue what he is talking about. Sorry OP for spamming your thread by correcting this clear idiot, but I had to. :)
