Buying Maxed Account

Heya!
I am looking to buy a maxed account (99 all combat stats, including prayer & summoning) as well as 99 herb.
Quest Cape accounts or close preferred.
Ideal account would be a max or comp cape account :love:
I'll be paying through pretty much anything but scampal. (yes, i have several bad experiences using pp).
If you have less than 1 year of sythe time or you are not to be deemed trustworthy by me or some ppl i know, your account may not have any interest to me.. I am paying for an account, not for a scam.
