Trading my staker for a F2P Acc

Hi, I am trading my staking account for either:

-A completely F2P str pure with 40-50 att, 78+ str, 1-5 def, 1-34 prayer
Or
-A completely F2P ranger with 1-40 defence, 70+ range, 40- att and str, 1-44 prayer
