Buying gift card to put on paypal.

I'm not sure of how much is needed to verify paypal i think it's like a dollar or two. Just to be sure i'd like a card with like 3 bucks on it. I will give you 6 million rsgp for it. I will not go first unless your trusted. my msn is [email protected]

 

You can only verify through a bank account or an online banking account last I checked.

 

Yeah i have my bank account linked but to instantly send i need a cc or gift card like visa or mastercard on there.

 

Pretty sure it has to use an actual debit or credit card. I may be wrong but I don't want you to try this and be disappointed.
