    Need help and advice on gamecard processing!

    Hi, basically i obtained a gamecard from someone on sythe. I traded him my hunter pure for the gamecard.

    Shortly after, i entered the code and it said "thank-you for your purchase" (I'm quite sure it said that but I am very sure it did not pop up with a red error sign). When I saw that I logged out without clicking anything else.

    It's been a couple of hours and still no membership.

    Does anyone know what is wrong? As in, did I have to confirm the redemption of the card after i clicked redeem. Or is there a way that the seller could have stolen it. Or, is it a problem with jagex?

    Any advice will be appreciated thanks!

    i upgraded 2 of my customers both of them received messages that they are members now and billing info says that after upgrades success
    but not member yet wtf?
    jagex scam ?
