Buying an rs acc using an OMM

Firstly i hope this is the right section.

I was wondering whats the chances of getting scammed if you buy an rs account with email and recovs removed and using an OMM, are you completely protected or can they still get it back?

original owner can allways recover the account.
as long as they're recovering it from where it was made, its recoverable.

 

If you buy from a trusted seller though the chances are slimmer.

 

You're best off paying the extra cash & buying the account from a highly trusted user, this almost assures you of a nice, clean account to play with no worries of it being recovered.
