In need of a new cover for college magazine. Because of time constraints and the vacation period, I have decided to outsource the designing of the cover. The magazine is essentially a political and economic inquisitor, however it does contain segments related to art, activism, and cultural affairs. We're looking for a design that speaks to our current readers while intriguing a broader sector of the population.

Few points regarding reader base:

72% Ages 19-28

21% Science related studies

46% Humanities related studies

Title: The Skeptic ("Skeptic" is acceptable)

References of what we're looking for:

Mostly looking for a cover that appeals to both male and female readers equally, is approachable to young readers while hinting an essence of sober professionalism that draws an older and more mature audience. Capturing the nature and themes of the magazine is imperative.

$100 base payment with guarantee of appropriate escalation to meet the gratitude respective of good quality work. Any method of payment you deem acceptable will most likely be fine by me, however PayPal is preferred.
I will be paying for the template of the design created as well as the full intellectual and commercial rights of ownership to the design.
