Need Help Been Scammed!!!!!

I sold my account to Darvald for $375 i gave him the password only then when he pays ill give him the rest of the details, he never payed and some how i cant get the account back anyone help he has changed the password and set recoveries.

All he had was 2 different passwords

There were NO recoveries at the time.

 

Should of used a MiddleMan... xD

xboxforrunescape did this to me on my rune pure i traded him it he got 15m+ and 91-97 str but he recovered the account he traded me for it was a level 60 att 80 str noob. so i recovered my acc back lol gf xboxforrunescape idiot. he also stole my sythe account. i got that back though.

EDIT: to get the account back get on the computer where the account was created if not say u have made ip changes around the time you bought it. and next time you send an appeal read what info it asks for when denied and try to fill the recs as much as possible.
