No it doesn't. It's actually barely been used. My house was struck by lightning a while back and fried my original xbox so the insurance company replaced it with an elite. Soon after I let my friend borrow the hard-drive and he broke it, so I ended up selling all my games and controllers. I'll throw in Halo 2 and Need for Speed Most wanted for free if you'd like also.
