Is this gamerscore modding for H3 or for any game?

Also, requiring a vouch constitutes a vouch as part of the sale. That means you're technically "selling vouches," which is strictly forbidden. Vouching is always a common courtesy and cannot be forced.

Modding Gamerscore for a price is a dying business, because it takes people 5 seconds to do it by themself for no cost, so why would you pay somebody to do it.
