Hello, I am looking for really any colour party hat. Preferably the discounted ones I would really either want a purple or a yellow to start out with, since their the most inexpensive but really any colour is fine. I am willing to use a Official Middleman, or I may go first to who I deem is trustworthy. My payment methods are either Western Union or PayPal. If Western Union I expect the price to fair since w/u has a fee.
