Mohave's Ban Dispute All Mods Look

I would like someone other than atomic to check over this ban. Atomic says that me and the banned acc DD(ass) have used the same ip. Except that i ahve figured out that my friends ip that I have been on with my account is very close to DD(ass)'s ip. Please, I can truthfully say that DD(ass) is not my account and that I have never even seen or heard of him.

 

If you have not heard of him then how do you know his IP is close to yours? Well, that doesn't matter anyway because your IPs do match, meaning he has logged on from your computer, you have logged on from his computer, or you are both the same person.
