Buying Account with 99 Slayer

[King Dopey]

As title says - I'm looking for an account with relatively high combat and 99 Slayer. Does NOT have to be a maxed CB account - just looking for the slayer aspect.

Willing to negotiate a fair price depending on how the account is and how credible you are on Sythe.
