Regarding Locked Accounts

I have a locked account with a couple hundred million gp from a while back. It's locked now, and before the new updates, I had tried to get it unlocked but was unable to. Today, I just sent in another request to unlock it, and I noticed a new system. Does anyone know if this system is more helpful for unlocking accounts, and if they actually read what I write?

They denied two of my appeals for one of my accounts =/ And I put old pin, first password old recoveries and just about everything else and Its not working >_<

 

I was able to get my account unlocked
just try to answer as much as I could in the first part
In the space they allow, give all the information that you can, isp, country, state, city, how you payed membership, previous recoveries
after each attempt look at what they say you need more of then add it in
I got my account unlocked after only 3 attempts.

 

It is MUCH harder now to get accounts unlocked etc. They made everything automatic i believe.

 

It takes about 3 days for you to get a reply on your account status.

Example - If your account gets locked Monday at 6PM, you will get a reply on Thursday at about 6-9PM

 

omfg thats bull it takes three days.... i just submitted one

 

Lol, it's a horrid system. They asked me where I made my account the "exact day" my original I.P. I'm a military kid and my main was made in 2001. 126 down the drain.

 

It will take about 4-5 days for a response and you pretty much have to have all the information.
