Looking for a maxed osrs main account - Paying with PayPal

I'm looking for a maxed combat account, if you're interested in cash feel free to post pictures of your stats/quest points here. I'll also accept anything you think is relevant to the account that would change the price of it. I don't want writing on your stats, just looks so dodgy. I'm just getting back into runescape. so, i'm giving this a try. let me see what you guys have. sooo, I've had a lot of people pm me to buy their account with 07gp. The reason I don't want to do this is because it only provides security for you. there is no security for me if I buy 07gp. I will only do PayPal to buy an account. Please don't messahe me if you're not willing to do PayPal. It's the most safe for us combined not just you.
