Buying a steam account for my RS account

The account is for sale again! read below for the reasons!
RESALE EDIT: The steam account i bought got completely banned for account trading. Apparently it was a phished account and had been going around to different people multiple times. The owner refunded my account and so i wish to sell it again.

I've stopped playing runescape a while ago and i thought it was a pity to have my RS account rot away. but i'm not willing to let it go for free ofcourse.
i still play games though so i'd like a steam account.
Just give me an offer as long as it's not only the half life series or CSS series. I already own these games. I also accept paypal if you can offer me.

Also i am the original owner of my RS account and i can assure you i am legit but i won't go first. If you want a middleman it's on you unless you don't mind my private MM (if you want to offer i will give you my details and if needed i'll give you my MM's details)
