    Shin checked your IP with what your on atm, and he said that you are not zlined, maybe pm shin the ip of where you are trying to connect so he can check further, but there is also no name registered as "bizcuits" or "bizuits21"

    That's usually the reason given by the server if you use the 'n' word. That should have expired within 1 hour.
