Buying a RuneScape Maxed Account!!!

I'm wanting to buy a runescape account with at least 99 in all skills, So pretty much just an account with a "Max Cape".
lol pretty much.. Oh and i don't really care if its flat broke or not...
anyways, if you have an account with these requirements and are willing to sell it to me that would be totally EPIC.
I'm offer $279 for the account.

I would also like you to verify how ur the creator/owner of that account, for this account buy ill want to use an Official middleman just to make this safe.

dbagger just go to runescape markets < gold < sell < and look for legit guy who selling rsgp and u will have rsgp.
