Acc Perm. Banned--Unban And Get 1m

Hello.
My account, which is only like 5 days old has been temporarily banned.
When i click on appeal a ban, there is only one thing, titled Perment ban.
I click info.
It says we have evidence to believe you purchased runescape money with real life money.
The only things i did on it was buy an sms pin for 1.3m, and switch some money over from a main.
I just need an appeal that will definetly get it unbanned.
If it works, I pay you 1m, maybe even 2m!!!
