Buying a RSPS Account

[die2day2012]

Hey guys, I'm currently playing rs07 and also want to hop on a RSPS. I used to play Ventrilica and Deluuvian, though, they're all gone. I'd like to play one with maybe not a whole lot of people, less than SS and ikov. I'm interested in servers that are nto Soul, or ikov, preferably one with just a slightly less community. Definitely not a spawn server.

Now, I'm not looking to spend a whole bunch maybe 1-2m OS, So I know my options are limited. Please don't offer a trade with 0 vouches, and may need to use middle man dependent on your profile, I'll go first if you have some good feedback.
