Is moneybookers 100% Secure?

Hey, i've decided to sell all my rs stuff for real money. I dont trust paypal because i've leard a lot of bad stuff about it.

I went to moneybookers.com, and did some research. So far i've read that no one can do a chargeback, meaning i wont get scammed.

Is there some kind of guide already on sythe, if so please link me.

Otherwise could someone please tell me if moneybookers is actually 100% secure, and what i should do to make sure nothing will go wrong. Etc.

Basically just tell me the right steps to take, to be 100% sure that no1 will scam.

It's not secure. I switched to MoneyBookers after getting consecutive chargebacks from PayPal, hoping to feel safe. Turns out the customer just sent a dispute to MoneyBookers, and got his money back.

Is this true?

 

MoneyBookers is a tad more secure than PayPal just because they can't do charge-backs, the only downside is if they're smart enough to file a complaint they have a good possibility to get their money back. Note: Not many people do this, so I'd choose MoneyBookers over PayPal.
