Port Sarim willow whacker??

hello all I'm currently trying to find a Port Sarim willlow whacker for scar 3.04 DIVI...
Some people said that it already egsists. but I don't no where to find it
so if some one could just post it hear that would be greatly apprieciated....

ALso trying to get my hands on something that auto killz scorpions and then goes back to the bank to get food
