I took a break from runescape 3 years ago and now that I'm back, I want to buy a decent account with lots of 99s for $150 give or take.

I know how easy it is to get scammed because accounts can always be recoverable so here are the conditions:

~You give me all the details for the account, EVERYTHING.

~Full name, ID, address, phone number, current school ID.

~For insurance, be prepared to give me a video recording (questions provided by me) with your ID present. If god forbid the account is recovered, I'll sue you with that proof. Be prepared to pay 10 times as much if you recover it.

Must be in Ottawa or willing to meet in person in Ottawa. (chances are I will be waiting along time for someone to fit the bill but I'm in no rush, starting 3rd year uni soon, but i will keep on checking)

I will close this thread once I get what I want.

Lol you can't sue over a Runescape account being recovered. It's against Jagex's terms of service for you to buy a Runescape account, so technically, you would get sued.

 

Just throwing this out there..... But, you will have an extremely hard time Suing someone over a runescape account. Yes they may scam you via PP, But buying/selling accounts is already illegal as it is Your best bet is to use Player Auctions or send the money as payment on paypal and invest in buyers insurance. Always a good idea when buying Accounts.
