i am looking to spend up to 400 dollars now keep in mind this is a legit amount of money, its not a fake ill pay 700 for it and never hear from them again, also if the account truly is that good, i could do 450 + ipod touch 32gb but thats for like a 138 maxed with a phat.

What im looking for:
high RC (preferable 91+)
high amount of mils (200m+)
also high combat and decent other stats.

High level, 100+ mil cash. Never was much of a runecrafter, lol.

Also, the reason why most people say "No leechers or members" is because you are not yet trusted. Sure a mm/omm could make sure the trade goes off perfect, but the mm/omm cant ensure that the account will not be recovered later.
