This matters none at all. If the account is going to get recovered by buying from original owner, it'll still get recovered from buying from you.

 

It does matter. He got 26 vouches and 1.475k$ traded and i don't think he'd offer to do the deal if he thinks that i'm scamming. Not that he'd lose his sythe acc only but also me as a trustworthy and great real life friend who he is skyping with daily for 4 years. Nonetheless i also offered to do it with a middleman so i'm you just came here to flame me / him.
