Buying 85 mage pure!

Hi guys I'm looking to buy a low level pure with 85 mage (not too bothered about the other combat stats). Looking for a max combat level of around 60 and prayer no higher than 31. Looking to spend a decent amount of 07gp or $$ and willing to use a mm too
