    SCAMMER.

    I went first and gave him the account info after mutual agreement on the price. He verified that everything checked out on the account, which was fine. He then changed the password, and the contact e-mail, and insisted that he was trying to pay, but never did. He then changed his status to 'busy' and refused to respond to me. I gave him at least 25 minutes to make the payment.
