How To Check If An Account Has Been A Member

Ok guys i'll make this as simple as possible

accounts without members can be hacked back but the chance is lower.

if they never had recoveries, then they can't really hack it back.

ok go to www.runescape.com

and then go to recover a lost password link


type name of account and "i have forgotten my password"

now when u recover it shows this

if it has membership info to type in it has been a member

if it doesn't, then its never been a member.




This account has never been a member and has no recovery answers

very hard to hack back and a good account to buy.




This account has been member and has options for contact and membership details

can be hacked back very easily not very good to buy.

hope this helps people not get scammed.

Lol I seriously never knew this, that woulda been so useful to know when my lvl 94 got hacked.

Should be a sticky, seeing alot of people including myself didn't know about this.
