Buying 75+ Main without items/gp for 20$(PAYPAL)

Well hello I'm buying a 75+ main without items/gp for 20$ by using PayPal.
I kind of prefer the account to be like 85+ tho.
I have not been on Runescape for like 1.5 years and I sold/forgot passwords my previous accounts.

I have not been on this site for like a year but I think that the account trading system used is still the same, right?

Anyways, I want an account that, besides being 75+, also has at least 40 fishing and cooking. It would be a plus if the account isn't currently member and/or has never been member.

We will discuss which (O)MM we are going to use, I haven't been on this site for a long time so I'd have to look into the (O)MM fees again since I do not have a Runescape account, which means I do not have any Runescape GP or items.

edit: haha, I just saw that my signature has been deleted, I'm sorry that I didn't change it(haven't been online on sythe for a long time), my vouches/links to services(wich I don't do anymore obviously) were there once.
