I'm only 17 and don't really know how to use any of them.

My PP is linked to my brother's bank account (so you can be assured I won't try to chargeback - I'm not going to drag my 25 year old brother into a RS dispute).

None of them require you to be 18+. I'm 16 personally. Don't see how you can't use them if everybody else can. Also, your word isn't good enough for me; sorry.

 

That's fine, and I just CBF to do such things for RS GP.

It's a minor interest of mine (RS), but I'm not willing to make moneypak accounts, transfer money over, or complicate the buying process of gold.

I like to just use PA and PP - Keep it simple, and keep it stress free.
