    ok so ive always had a problem with weight,

    iam 6'1

    ill be 150 pounds one year and the next be like 230-240

    idk why but it just happends

    atm i slimmed back down to 175 and ive been doing very well and resisting tempting junk food

    but... my grandma is in town and is going to be staying with us for like a month

    and i just love her cooking!

    she mostly cooks evrything in lard and butter but for the past 3 days ive just been avoiding the kitchen..

    my room is the closest room to the kitchen so each day morning and night i just smell her cooking that its come to the point that i put a towel under my room door.

    ive just been coming up with excuses that just a little wont hurt or that itl only be for a month. but i know if i gain weight again iam most likely going to stop working out

    any suggestions?

    at 2010 i skyrockted to 230

    and iam back down to 170 but if i just try fatty food even a little i wont be able to resist .

    im like 6'6 still in highschool and weigh a solid 240. im not in any sports really and never work out and yet no one messes with me because i could own there shit... also a little padding doesnt hurt when you fall down.

    Eat and then force yourself to work it out and you should be fine. I know that feeling of eating a little bit wont do much but seriously... that little bit will actually do major weight. Just eat it an work it out. Get into sports, this is one thing that you enjoy doing and it makes you lose weight.

    I'm really lucky, even though I eat so much food, I just don't gain weight. I guess what you could try doing is setting yourself targets, may I ask are you comfort eating?
