Meh.. i tried.
Its not the best. But its ok.
Here it is:

 

Is the background a wallpaper or something or was it created by effects? also. the 2 half ovals or whatever make it look weird.

 

I brushed it and did some color adjustments, etc.. So its a background created by me. Not a wallpaper i found lol, that would be cheating & no fun. And the ovals in the background was to give it a lil more then just a background & etc..

 

Its pretty good, not a fan of the bg or the half circles. The render isnt blened text is somewhat decent.

No blending at all, just imbecile brushing with a little bit of colour, you didn't try to blend your render at all. The 2 ovals look way outta place and your text plainly sucks. Try blending and don't add random stuff if you don't know what you are doing
